From an early age, Jim had a natural ability to make people laugh. He was a talented story teller and could tell a story in such detail, that you felt as though you were there. He especially liked funny stories and could make you laugh so hard you cried. His sly grin was always a good indication that he was up to something.
Jim had a big heart and loved his family deeply. He had a playful spirit and cherished the moments he could poke fun at his children, nieces and nephew.
He was happiest when he was outdoors, whether he was splitting wood, camping with his family or on the ATV trails. He also loved traveling to South Dakota for vacations.
Jim was a gifted mechanic and spent a lot of time in his shop fixing vehicles for his friends, coworkers and family members.
Jim is survived by his mother, Karen Cole; sisters: Cinnamon, Jennifer and Janet; his previous wife, Shelly Cole, the mother to his children: Austin and Bethany Cole; fiance, Shauna McMillen and their son, Blake Cole. He is further survived by his lifelong bestfriend and "brother", Mark Moore; along with other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Roger; paternal grandparents, Albert and Malinda Cole; maternal grandparents, Jack and Marie Lewis; uncles: Nick and Ernie Cole, Marvin Lewis; and aunt, Margaret Koch.
