I´m very sorry to hear of the passing of HHH, he was a great mentor, boss, friend, motivator and overall great person. I worked for him in the late 80´s, at CV, in Bethel. At the time my family and where the only black family members in the area. Harry was great with his professional teaching and encouragement of professional development and growth. I recently shared some of us training with a current employer. To remember someone from almost 40 years ago, speaks volumes to what a great person he was and will always be! My condolences to Barb, Mike, Joe and family.

My condolences of the passing of HHH. I have fond memories of his Northeast visits with Mr. Oates, for whom I worked for many years. I enjoyed HHH's greetings, humor and presence. He has joined his daughter Judy and Mr. Oates, too.

What a blessing I had late in life to meet the recovering CPA after joining Jim in a business venture. Mr. holland had a hardy laugh and a quick wit. So lucky to have met him. Prayers to all. Remember the smiles.

Harry was a special person that I am proud to call my friend. One evening while at the 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo, several of us were sitting around the table sharing stores and Harry was telling some of the best stories. Suddenly, the ABC "well known" commentator, Keith Jackson came by the table and sat down. As he began to talk (Keith Jackson was a very confident and most arrogant) Harry stopped him mid sentence and said politely "Now who are you?" Keith Jackson, who thought everyone knew who he was stopped talking, stood up, and walked away from our table. It was great . . . And as he walked away, Harry just said, "wow, he´s got kind of a chip on his shoulder. . . "
I loved Harry and his candid "in your face humor."
