Amanda Lee Obituary

Amanda Lee

Amanda Jeanne Lee, 42, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma fiercely battled bipolar disorder for more than 20 years and succumbed to the fight, June 24, 2022.

Amanda was a graduate of Rampart High School, in Colorado Springs, Colo., and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Colorado State University. She found employment in various aspects of the medical profession throughout her life.

She was a free spirit with eyes that took in all the world, a smile that embraced it, and a laugh that brought joy to all who live in it. She will be missed, but never forgotten, loved and never forlorn. We will revel in our time with her, a precious daughter, sister, auntie and a friend to many.

Amanda was predeceased by her father Brene Lee, Grandparents: Elmo Lee, Larry and Patsy Kilgore, and Donald Priebe Sr. She leaves behind her parents: Judy and Don Priebe and Sandy Lee; Grandmother, Goldena Lee; her siblings: Brent Maxwell, Megan and husband Brian Kester; her nieces and nephews: Hannah and Colton Kester, Kinsley and Preston Maxwell.

Memorial services will be held, July 1, at 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Broken Arrow, 112 College Street, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.

The family requests donations be made in Amanda's name to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Tulsa, in lieu of flowers. https://www.nami.org/Home
