Ryan and I were buddies. I lived a few houses down the road and we would play Nintendo, listen to music and ride bikes around the neighborhood. He taught me about putting pine tar on baseball bats lol. Good times.

Marianne:
Thank you for sharing your memoriuam. When our son Daniel passed, you and Greg were a great support to my husband Marty and I. We attended the support group meetings at the church in Perrysburg. Like you, and many others told us; only the gift of time helps the hurt and loss to become more managable. I pray that God continues to richly bless you and your family.

God bless this family. I woke up this morning feeling grief over the loss of many people over the years. I listened to a podcast on Near Death Experiences but it did not relieve my grief and so I prayed for information that would help. Several hours later, I checked today's obituaries and I found this memorial for Ryan and Lauren. I too am a mother and so it was shocking to me read about their deaths--they were so young and it was so long ago. Curious to understand how they passed, I googled their names. This link popped up: https://iands.org/ndes/nde-stories/iands-nde-accounts/1324-mother-s-nde-and-premonitions-of-children-s-deaths.html Wow. Thank you for sharing, it relieved some of my grief today. and I agree with everything you wrote. God bless you as you remember them this weekend.

Marianne, I think of you and your family, sometimes. This is a beautiful photo and memory of Ryan and Lauren. I appreciate all the help and guidance you gave me during Med school and residency. My heart goes out to you and your family. Christine Johnstone
