I do remember the good times Mom, they stack up like a pile of pancakes that extend beyond the fathomable universe, I think we're gonna need more maple syrup.

We just found out that Joanne passed. Ross and I are sad to hear of her passing. Thinking about her three boys and their families. She loved her boys! Great kids! She was a fabulous cook. We enjoyed lots of laughter with Joanne when she and Bob lived in Harrisonburg, but lost touch after Bob´s passing. She was a great decorator and we enjoyed our festive visits around the Christmas tree. Praying for her family. Thanks Joanne for all the laughter and keeping us stocked with your yummy cookies. God Bless!

Grandma Joanne played an important role in Savannah and Allie´s life when they were very young and I was sad to hear of her passing. I still have all of her recipes and no one will make choc chip oatmeal cookies better than her! Always had bags for us in the freezer! She was talented across the board. I´m sad we lost connections after Bob died and the girls didn´t get to know their grandmother better. Prayers are lifted for Joanne and for all the kids.

A true friend and fenominal woman with matter-of-fact wisdom. I'll cherish her poem of our friendship...and those peanutbutter cookies. Indicative of Joanne's tensile silk strength was her final command. - Forever reserved in my heart -

I'm going to really miss helping her with tech problems because they were always easy to resolve, leading her to believe her son was super knowledgeable. I'll miss a lot of other things too, but tech support had that I-get-to-help-you-after-all-the-years-you-helped-me effect. And she really did help me in so many ways, still is. Love you Mom!
