John Hoelscher Obituary
Of Joliet, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Age 74. John is survived by his daughter Sarah (Robert) Bandemer, grandson Norman Bandemer and his aunt Ladonna Crossland. Preceded in death by his parents Ambrose and Lois Hoelscher, his sister Laura Hoelscher and his aunt Lora Svaniga. John graduated from St. Lawrence High School, he worked as a driver and dispatcher in the city of Chicago for over 40 years. He loved music, especially Bruce Springsteen, and sharing that love of music with friends and family. He was a true Chicago sports fan and stood by the Bears, White Sox and Bulls in good times and bad. His smile and laughter will be missed by his friends and family.
