Mark Evans Obituary

Mark E. Evans, 63, Falls Creek, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 at his home.

Born November 28, 1960, in Michigan, he was the son of the late Harry and Mildred (Bishop) Evans.

On June 1, 1992, he married Amanda (Kirkpatrick) Evans in Reno, NV. She survives.

Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed as a dispatcher for DiLullo Transport. Mark enjoyed traveling, camping, woodworking, and playing the guitar. He was a member of Tri-County Church.

In addition to his wife, Mark is survived by two sons, Erick (Leah) Evans, Justin (Dawn) Evans, and stepson Dustin (Tonia) Glass, 12 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Ellen Evans Haines, and a brother, Harry Evans.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.

Memorial donations may be made to the Tri-County Church, 1881 Old 255 Rd., DuBois, PA 15801.

Dear Amanda,
Our hearts are broken, and our family is deeply saddened at the sudden passing of Mark. He was always such a gentleman. Mark was a valued member of the Dilullo Transport family as well as a valued family friend and will be missed. He was the love of your life, and we know that your loss is so great and your heart is so broken. Just know our family shares in your sorrow.. We are here for you. May God wrap his arms around you and give you peace and comfort in the coming days. We send our deepest condolences..
