Larry G (with that St. Gerard "G" - I'd recognize it anywhere)!!!
Thank you for being a wonderful boss, mentor, and friend. You believed in me and gave me responsibilities that stretched me far beyond what I thought I could accomplish. Thank you for giving me the push to take those grueling accounting classes at LSU (straight As and a C in Cost!)and thank you for getting only a little bit aggravated at my tardiness to cash counts. You were a great boss, and we all enjoyed coming to work every day. There were so many wonderful and funny things that we shared over the years. I watched your precious kiddos, Mike and Renee, grow up and you watched my sweet Angie! Also, I loved your dear Nora so much and I know she loved you with all her heart - she told me that! When you get to heaven, don't tell her that I never used that French Bread pan that she inspired me to purchase - I wasn't brave enough to compete with her delicious creation!! Rest in peace, Larry G! I love you and will miss you.

Really sorry to hear of Larry's passing. We only had the pleasure of spending time with him and Nora on a few occasions but the stories and funny moments from those few hours still come up some 20yrs later!

Uncle Larry, you will surely be missed. You were also definitely loved by me and my children destany, Casandra, and Hannah. You will be remembered for the rest of my life. I looked up to you and aunt Nora as a role model in my life. I was so grateful and had the pleasure of spending that day with you. I remember that day you made a joke several actually it had me laughing all day long. That was the first time I´ve ever seen that side of you and I´m sorry that I didn´t stay in touch with you more. As your family, Renee, Michael, and your two grandkids go through this hard time may their hearts be at the east and know that you´re in peace and you are now reunited aunt Nora. And God bless your girlfriend has been there for the last seven years of your life. He was a sweet woman that I had that lovely chance to meet may God be by her side as well through this hardship. We love you and I´m so happy you´re at peace. God bless y´all.

Renee, Mike and family, I´m so sorry to hear about your Dad- he was everyone´s Dad in our little group! I remember all the laughter and music in your house growing up and I still can´t here Van Morrison or the "Almond" Brothers without thinking of him and Nora dancing. He was such a great person and great father.

I´m so sad to learn of Larry´s passing. I worked with him at Sunburst Bank and became reacquainted with him when I moved to St. Francisville. Always positive and encouraging.

Such a lovely remembrance of Larry... I´ve only known him for 7 yrs, but so enjoyed every minute that was spent with him. Always a smile, and good thoughts about everyone. Prayers go out to all of his family He will always be remembered.
