Anne Dalzell Obituary

Dalzell, Anne Gerard, - 58, of Linwood, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 6th. Born in Atlantic City, Annie grew up in Linwood and attended Holy Spirit High School, where she excelled at academics and sports. She earned a B.S. in Nursing at St. Mary's College and spent the rest of her life taking wonderful care of her beloved patients. Annie was not only passionate about her work, but also her children, cooking, playing tennis, her dog, Sophie, and making her competitive nature known. No matter the circumstance, she was able to bring a smile and laugh to anyone with her humorous and sassy nature. Anne is survived by her 3 children: Eric, Elise and Daniel; siblings: Fred, Mary Lou, Stan, Jim and Pete; and mother: Anne Dalzell. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Dalzell. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 12th, from 9:30am-11am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 724 Maple Ave., Linwood, followed by Mass beginning at 11am. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Atlantic County and the Atlantic City Rescue Mission. Arrangements by the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home, Linwood â€" Ventnor. Condolences may be extended to the family at ghwimberg.com.
