I hope you remember me. I moved to Southern California 2 years ago with my girls, saw your mom a few years ago when she stopped by my house while I was working on my yard. Email me and we can talk. I remember when Brian was a Navy seal!

My mom is Katie Burns and always talked about how she babysat Marcia´s kids growing up. She was our neighbor on the best street Kraay Avenue.
Marcia was so funny, witty, and kind to everyone. When she moved to Valpo, our neighborhood felt the loss, but we were so happy for her. She will be missed.

Dear Brian, Eileen, and Carolyn,
My mom used to get so mad at me for spending so much time at your house even when I wasn't babysitting. I hope you all find some peace. She was a very special person and you are all loved so much.

Marcia was a kind and generous woman. I was acquainted with her because I delivered the "Hammond Times" to her doorstep. When a few siblings and I decided to drive to Florida for spring break (while still HS students), Marcia found out and insisted we borrow her credit card in case of an emergency. It´s been nearly fifty years since I moved away. To her children, I´m sure Marcia was a loving mom!

I was Marshes boyfriend from61-64 when I joined the Marines. We had a great relationship together but since I was going into the military her friends thought I would be a loser. While I was in Vietnam she hooked up with another guy going to college. She was a smart woman.
