Shannon Marie McDonald-Johnson departed this life on Thursday January 4, 2024. Beloved daughter of the late Lionel, Sr., and Mary Lee Lewis McDonald. Sister of Lionel (Tyra) McDonald, Jr., and Alicia McDonald (Roy Lombard, Jr.). Aunt of Tynell and Lionel (Iesha) McDonald, III., Roy, III, Ryder, Rainen and Ru'luh Lombard. Granddaughter of the late Robert, Sr., and Minerva Ross Lewis, Willie, and Geneva McDonald Benn. Niece of Evelyn L. Waters, Robert Lewis, Jr., and Shirley Mae Ricard. Great Niece of Gloria R. Cornin. God Mother of Kurry Benn, Susan Wylier and the late Alanyah Casimier. Devoted Friend of Larry Steadman. Also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. Age 46. A Native and Lifelong Resident of Algiers (Cutoff Community), LA.
