Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hebert,
I am so sorry to read of Karen´s passing. I´ll never forget all the good times we shared as children back in the 50´s & 60´s on 47th St. Karen fit right into the mix of all our comings and goings. She was so sweet and smart. I used to say that if we saw a snake at Millbrook we´d all scream and run but Karen would stay and try to identify it. She was so easy to be around and over the years a part of me expected to see her one day at some kind of event and we´d fall right back into conversation as if no time at all had passed. She was indeed part of the fabric of my, and my siblings´, youth. How sad that she is no longer with us. She will truly be missed. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
