Herbert Rowe Obituary

I first met Dr. Rowe and Mrs. Rowe at our restaurant in Westwego, where he had become a regular guest. I recognized him as a man of God, whether from TV, radio, or simply by his demeanor, I do not recall. One day he shared with me that he had previously lost the ability to speak. But there he was, clearly speaking to me. I was sad last year when I heard that he had passed. I had never heard the full testimony on the return of his ability to speak, but I know it had to be miraculous for a man of God who loved to tell the story of Jesus and His great love for us. Rest in Peace Pastor Rowe, Amen.

We all loved him but God loved him more.

Pastor Prophet Arthur Bullock. Pastor Herbert Rowe to me was the greatest Faith teacher I´ve ever heard. And let me tell you. I´ve heard all of them with the likes of the great Bishop Ira Hilliard and still Pastor Rowe was the best. In my opinion. God bless pastor Carol.

I remember the comment Rowe made to me : "bathroom behind the kitchen" sad this is all I remember about him. I left the church and never saw him or Carol again.

I was shocked to hear news of Dr. Rower´s passing. My heart goes out to his entire family. Dr. Rowe frequented my family´s restaurant in Westwego where we shared thoughts and encouragement. I recall him telling me if his throat condition.
A wonderful man of God, gone to Glory, but not forgotten.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. You are being remembered in our thoughts and prayers..Love you!!

Dr. Herbert Rowe, Jr. was truly a blessing to so many, leaving a void through his transition yet leaving us with cherishable and meaningful memories. I was afforded the opportunity to see him evolve and fulfill his God-given purpose by answering the calling on his life while here on earth. He was a true and longest friend that I had, from kindergarten to adulthood. He had a unique sense of humor that kept you on your toes. My brother, "Herb" you will truly be missed. Dr.Herbert Rowe,such a kind Human being.After meeting him via his Son Caleb.He manifested such a kind spirit and several years later nothing changed.In August last year while preaching on the West Bank.Low and behold I looked up ,there was Apostle Rowe with his wife.He has always showed compassion for me.I thank God for him and he will be missed especially by me.

Dr Herbert Rowe Jr has been a personal friend of mine for over four decades. While we were in school together, he always was a gentleman not knowing one day the Lord would have called us both to ministry. Dr Rowe will be so missed in the community and pray that the Lord would keep his family and church family in perfect peace..as they all keep their minds stayed on Him.
