To Kayla,my step-daughter, and Your Family,

I'll never forget your mother as she helped me hold Kaleena down while she was doing a test. Also, she was very kind and ordered Michael several pairs of pants in different colors. As she walks through the halls of gold, she's no longer in pain. What a wonderful day it will be when we all are able to meet again.

Respectfully Yours,
Patricia Deterville
