Harriet Hall Obituary

Harriet D. Hall, 93 of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on December 19, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Scott Dorsey and Mary Taylor, sister of the late Leola D. Bernard, Scott Jr., Herman, Clarence, and Bertha Richard. She was married to the late Owens Hall Jr.; she was the loving mother to the late Robin Johnson and the devoted grandmother to the late Thomas Preston IV, Terrance Richard, and great-grandmother to the late Aniyah Hero. She leaves behind her daughters, Mary Stovall, Carolyn Preston, Hope Richard, 7 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 17 great-great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also Pastors, officers, and members of Mt Carmel Baptist Church (7th Ward), and St John Institutional Baptist Church; employees of Audubon Retirement Village, Notre Dame Hospice and Passage Hospice doctors and staff are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration on Saturday, December 30, 2023, for 11:00 a.m. at Law Street Baptist Church, 3132 Law Street, New Orleans, LA 70117, Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Arvie, officiating.
