Michael Wheeler Obituary
Michael loved his family more than anything in this world. He also loved to float the Buffalo River. In his youth, he worked at Dogpatch as an animal trainer. Michael raised horses and even had the World Grand Champion Fox Trotter from 2002 to 2004. Some people would say he was the best two-stepper in a five county radius. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is now in heaven watching Toby Keith play his guitar and two-stepping along. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristin and her husband Kevin Blessing of Delaware, Ohio; his son, James Ray Wheeler of Wichita, Kansas; one brother, Tommie Wheeler of Vendor, Arkansas; two sisters, Burdina and Kathy; five grandchildren, Charles Michael and his wife Emily Ann Griffin, Bradley Dean Jones and his friend Deshawnta Cacette, Allison Nicole Wheeler, Kelsey Elizabeth Wheeler, and Gavin Corbin Wheeler; one great-grandchild, Emerson Knox Griffin; and many other family and friends.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m., Monday, March 18 (2024), at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Capps Full Gospel Church, 5204 AR-392, Harrison, Arkansas 72601.

I met Mike Wheeler through my Father L.c. Williams and Dinah Williams when they had Will and Way stables in Western Grove. And I Lisa Williams became very good friends with him. I'll never forget the first time that my son met Mr. Mike Wheeler and that was at the rodeo in Harrison when Bryce was so pressed in wrangler jeans boots pressed shirt and a George Strait cowboy hat :) I'll never forget that. I've always respected Mike and my condolences go out to you and your family. Fissure Lisa Bell Williams.

My prayers and condolences to all! Mike was a very dear friend. He taught me so much. He gave his all at everything he did! His knowledge of the Bible and faith was extraordinary. He had a way with words, though most often were very few! He always fought for the underdog. He was one of God’s finest! I know he’s in heaven smiling down! You will be loved and remember dearly, I miss you already until I see you again rest well and enjoy that mansion in the sky! You deserve it my friend.
