I recall Wally in the early 2000s working with the Aboveground crew as the Houston Nana contractor lead. Strangely I just came across this picture late last night going over some old pics and today I read that Wally passed away. So I was compelled to send this pic to the family of his days on the pipeline. This was taken on 9/3/00 on the PS 1 ROW. Wally always had the safety of his crew as a priority and was a good mentor instructing his crew on disassemble and reinstall/or replacement of the aboveground pipe components. My condolences to Wally's family & friends.
