William Thomas 'Tom' Thacker Obituary

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Johney Cordell Thacker and Annie Mae Askins; and Sister, Cordelia Gilbert.
He is survived by his brother, Dale Thacker; Children, Melody (Jared) Thacker, Becky (Greg) Thacker-Metzger, and William Tom "Tee" Thacker Jr.; Step-children, Brittney Jessie and Heather Oller; and Grandchildren, Finn, Cole, Madison, Annamarie, Jackson, Brentley, and Brody.
Tom's passion was the the music industry. Starting as a DJ when he was younger, he eventually became a music producer working with many acts including Three Dog Night, Glen Campbell, Ike and Tina Turner, Merle Haggard, Hank Williams, Jr., Glen Frey, and many others. He traveled the world in and out of his career, which he very much enjoyed.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 6th from 12pm to 2 pm at Phillips-Robinson's Hadley Chapel with a Memorial Service directly following.
