I first met Ray in Cardiac Rehab, 13 years ago. We became part of a wonderful group of men and women who truly supported each other through a very difficult time and then for the ensuing 8 years until Covid separated us. We´ve stayed in touch and Ray is the first of us to pass on. Ray was a very caring and supportive guy. He was very protective of us and his dedication to his workouts is legendary. He always tried to do the right thing and I personally loved sharing things with him. I learned a lot.
I will miss him. Though I know it will be difficult for you Ray, Rest in Peace!!
