Paul F. Manning, 93, passed away peacefully at La Bella of Edwardsville (IL) on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Paul was born in St. Louis, MO on February 8, 1932, to Dominic and Veora Margaret (Jarvis) Manning. He worked for AT&T for 33 years in their engineering department before retiring. He was also a proud member of the United States Army, having served in the Korean War.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife, Adele (Mueller) Manning.
Those left to mourn and cherish his memory are his children, Paulette MacDougall of Pittsburg, PA, Steve (Diane) Manning of Collinsville, IL, Rosemary Merkel of Troy, IL, Teresa (Darryl) Rollins of St. Charles, MO, Patrick (Lolita) Manning of Collinsville, Barbara (Jesse) Wideman of Ruma, IL, Susan (Jennie) Manning of St. Louis, MO, Kirk (Maria) Manning of San Diego, CA, and Christine Manning of Collinsville. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation for Paul will be held at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL on Monday, May 12th, 2025 at 10am with mass to follow at 11am. Procession will immediately follow mass to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a contribution to the American Diabetes Association is appreciated.
