It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Wayne Manning on September 1, 2024 in Arlington, TX at the age of 68. Paul was a beloved family member and a cherished husband, dad and brother. He was known for his loving nature, generosity and his passion and devotion to his family. He left an indelible mark on those who knew his kindness and his funny stories.Paul was born on August 1, 1956 in Pasadena, TX to Richard Charles and Margaret Joyce Flynn Manning. He was welcomed as the baby brother by siblings Richard, Melanie, David and Scott. Paul was doted on by his parents and siblings. He graduated from Deer Park High School in Deer Park, TX. As a student in Deer Park, he played baseball, football and was a member of the marching band as a clarinet player. Paul furthered his education at the University of Houston. He worked as an independent contractor for Fed Ex until his retirement. It was during this time that he met his loving wife, Irene Estorco, who he married on November 4, 2004.Paul was the epitome of a fan of the University of Texas Longhorns football. He could recite every statistic of each game and every player going back decades. His house would be decorated with Longhorn décor each game day and he instilled a love of the game in his children, who became super fans. He analyzed each play with his siblings through text messages as the game aired live. Justly, the day before his passing, was spent watching the Texas game and relishing the win with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Irene and his daughters Janie Riley, Gracie Estrada, Jennifer Manning Raygoza and husband, Eddie, Tiffany Manning, Abigail Manning and his son, Paul James (PJ) Manning and grandchildren Johnny, Alex and Christian Estrada, Evelyn Villarreal, Emmy Dominguez, Valerie Raygoza and Eli Dominguez. Also left to mourn his death are his brothers, Richard James, David Marshall, Scott William Manning and his sister Melanie Louise Knapp and their spouses as well as several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death, are his parents, Richard Charles and Margaret Joyce Flynn Manning. There will be an open casket visiting time with family on September 5, 2024 from 1-5 pm at Wade Funeral Home & Crematory 4140 W Pioneer Pkwy. Arlington, TX 76013.
