Patsy Alice Turner Campbell, a beloved wife, devoted mother, treasured grandmother, and faithful friend, passed away on July 4, 2025, at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, AL. She was born on July 1, 1953, in Lincoln County, TN, to the late Clifton Alfred Turner and Margaret Smith Turner.
Patsy's life was defined by kindness, compassion, and a heart for service. Gentle and gracious, she touched everyone she met with warmth and generosity. She had a servant's heart and was always ready to lend a hand, share a smile, or offer comfort. Patsy loved music and dancing, and her joyful spirit made every gathering brighter. She found purpose in helping others and had a deep desire to make the world better, one act of love at a time.
A devoted member of Fayetteville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Patsy volunteered countless hours in service to her church family. She sang in the choir, visited the sick and elderly, and served wherever there was need. Her faith was central to her life, and her love for others was a living testimony of that faith.
Patsy was the heart of her family; steadfast, encouraging, and filled with unconditional love. Her memory will live on in all who knew her, and her legacy of kindness and grace will continue to inspire.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Terry Campbell; daughter, Angela (Kenneth) Campbell; son, Eric Campbell; grandchildren, Evelyn Campbell, Conor Campbell, Christian Campbell, Michael Climer Jr., and Sydney Climer; and her best friend, Tonya McKee.
A memorial service to celebrate Patsy's life will be held at 7 PM on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Smith officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 5 PM until time for the service on Friday at Higgins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fayetteville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1015 Lewisburg Highway, Fayetteville, TN 37334.
Higgins Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Patsy Alice Turner Campbell.
