Obituary For Kim Terry Baird

FALMOUTH - Kim Terry Baird, 69, of Falmouth, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at his home surrounded by family.

He was born on August 23, 1955, in Cadillac to Gail Sr. and Marlene (Campbell) Baird. He married Kimberly Sue Gilde on July 10, 1975, in Cadillac.

Kim was self-employed "Baird's Television Repair" and spent the greater part of his career installing and services all things electronics from his shop at home. He also worked at CTC as an assistant for Electronics. If you had an old school TV antenna or satellite dish, chances are he installed it. He spent the most recent years working at numerous local Meat processing companies servicing their equipment.

In his spare time, you could find him wader fishing all hours of the day for Walleye and Crappie, spending time with his grandchildren whom he adored and loved deeply.

Kim is survived by his two sons, Travis Baird, Lucas (Kaila) Baird. His beloved grandchildren, Keaton, Braydon, Hazel, and Ivy Baird. His siblings are Dan (Darla) Baird, Renee (Boe) Baird, Jeffery Baird, Tina (Tim) Ohlert.

He was preceded in death by his mother Marlene Baird, wife Kimberly (Gilde) Baird, brothers Kelvin, "Big" Jeff, Gail Jr. Baird.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2, visitation at 10am service following at 11am at Burkholder Funeral home in McBain, with Pastor Steve Boven officiating.
