Kevin Michael Watson entered eternal rest on November 15, 2021, at Baystate Medical Center. Affectionately called "Neng" and "Kev" by family and friends, Kevin was born on May 6, 1984, in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Kevin attended Private and Public Schools and graduated from Sabis International Charter School. He received a certificate of Cutlery Art from MCDI. His favorite meal to prepare was breakfast always asking, "how would like your eggs." Although he endured many adversities throughout his brief time on this Earth, Kevin was a young man that anyone could talk to, he was humble, respectful, always had a smile on his face that light up a room. He is very clean and likes his surroundings neat and tidy and often will get on someone's case if he stops by and the place was messy.
Kev enjoyed cooking, traveling, listening to music, reading, and most of all he loved reading his Bible. Anyone who knew him knows he loved God. He was raised by his Grandmother Lillieth Watson "Mum" and his Aunt and surrogate mother Donnalee Watson whom he was joined at the hip. Wherever Aunt Donna goes so does Kevin therefore he became her "pocketbook." Kevin loved her dearly and that deep love and affection were reciprocated. Kevin was a loving, and caring father who took his role seriously. He adored his children; they were his world and would move mountains to provide for them. He spoke with them daily.
Kevin was a typical young man who loved to hang out with his friends and family. He could be found most weekends hanging with his cousins Vernon Jr, Christopher, Terrence, Andre, Tyrell, Jordon, Talisa, Sashawna, and Shawnakae whom he had a great relationship.
Kevin was predeceased by loving Grandmothers Lillieth Watson (Mum) and Barbara Finn. He is survived by his children A`niyah Watson, Kevin Watson Jr and, mother Yvonne Cobham-Graham, father Lancelot Watson, sisters Shanice, Whitney, Ashant`e, brothers Lance Jr, Jadon, Romario, Edward, Grandfathers Stanley Cobham and Earl Watson Sr, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and countless other relatives and friends.
He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
