Jodi Lynn Stein, 33, residing in Sandusky, passed away Monday afternoon, May 23, 2022 at Firelands Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
Jodi was born on September 17, 1988 in Sandusky, OH to Darren "Butch" Stein and Tammy (Goff) Miller.
Jodi graduated from Perkins High School in 2007. In her spare time, she enjoyed cosmetology, doing her friends make-up and hair and always making sure to make people laugh and joke where ever she went. Her laugh was her identity, but most of all she loved spending time with her children, family and friends. Jodi's personality was one of a kind. She knew how to lift up everyone around her. Watching her play and laugh with her children was magical. We will miss her sarcasm, her wit, and that adorable sly smile followed with her grin and a burst of laughter. Dear God, please watch over my little girl.
Jodi is survived by her daughters, Natalie Martin, Hayden Gladwell and Alyssa Gladwell all of Sandusky; father, Darren Stein of Sandusky; mother, Tammy Miller of Sandusky; sister, Angie Stein; maternal grandparents, Nancy Chiow and Jerry Goff and Tom and Nancy Denslow; niece, Neveah Stein; nephews, Bryson Fleming and Kendrick Brown; special friend, Ashley England and several aunts and uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Jodi is preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Denslow and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Penny Stein.
Private family services will be held at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Pastor Cody Goff will officiate. Burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
Those wishing to contribute to Jodi's memory may do so to Jodi's family, in care of Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, OH 44870.
