JANE C. SMITH (Nee Cox), of Leisuretowne, Southampton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 8th, 2025. She was 95 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she has resided in Southampton for the past 18 years and was the daughter of the late Harry and Jennie (nee Lord) Cox and the wife of the late Donald L. Smith.
A former Administrative Secretary and Office Manager for Lenape High School in Medford, NJ, Jane worked for the Lenape Regional High School District for many years until her retirement in 1992.
She is the Loving Mother of Lynda J. Miller of Southampton, NJ and the late Donnie S. Smith and the late Craig C. Smith. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Trish Colbridge of Mt. Laurel NJ, her grandchildren Tara Gentile (Jim), Shaun Miller (Nicole) and Caitlyn Hatton (Trevor), and Casey Colbridge, her Great Grandchildren the late Steven Barger, Johnny, Gavin, Blake, Bryce, Logan and Nicole.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, March 20th from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ, where a Celebration of her Life will be held at 6:00 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests donations to the Protestant Community Church 100 Stokes Road, Medford Lakes, NJ 08055. (www.BradleyStow.com)
