Howard Smith Obituary

Howard Roger Smith, a Coalgate resident, was born on December 19, 1942 at Whittier, CA. He passed away on April 2, 2022 at his home in Coalgate, OK at the age of 79 years, 3 months and 14 days. Howard graduated from Brea High School in Brea, California. He was a correctional officer at Mack Alford Correctional Center for 17 years until his retirement. Howard married E. Arlene Logan on October 2, 1982 at Las Vegas, NV. They enjoyed 39 years together. Howard was of the Nazarene Faith. He liked to hunt and fish especially at the Coalgate Lake. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
