Gregory Nolan Bennett, 58, of Louisville, went home to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
Greg was born in Louisville to the late James and Betty Bennett. Greg enjoyed life in its fulness and was a wonderful son, devoted husband, and father. He was an avid guitar player, loved listening to and playing the classic hits on his guitar. Greg enjoyed hosting friends and family at the pool and lake. Above all, he loved being Poppy to all his grandkids.
Greg is united in Heaven with his parents; mother-in-law, Ida Blocker; and uncles, Howard Bennett and Hubert Bennett.
Carrying on Greg's legacy are his loving wife, the love of his life, Francesca Bennett; children, Courtney Corkins (Nathan), Andrew Bennett (Hailey), Wesley Bennett (Faith Flynn), and Serena Bennett; step-sons, James Hewett (Alison) and John Hewett; grandchildren, Skylar, Elijah, Georgia, Liam, Ellie, Willow, and Olivia; and uncle, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Visitation for Greg will be from 2-8 PM on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Road. Funeral service will be at 10 AM on Monday, February 21 at the funeral home, with burial to take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
Let us all remember to Live Like Greg, and always show kindness to everyone you meet.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association, Southeast Christian Church, or Tunnel to Towers. Condolences may be made to Ratterman.com.

My condolences to Greg´s family. I worked with him at Toyota and he´s been around as long as I can remember. Always had a smile on his face and a friendly wave. He made a positive impact on whoever was around him. A life gone too early but it seems like he lived it to the fullest. Those that were around him are better off for it.

My prayers and thoughts are with Greg's family. I've worked with Greg around 30 years at Toyota Georgetown indirectly. He was always very nice to me and would stop and talk to me when we passed. Again my prayers go out to the family and I'm very sorry for your loss.
