Diane Bly Obituary

Diane was a 1981 graduate of McDowell High School. She was employed with DSW and Giant Eagle both in management positions. Diane enjoyed her trips to Las Vegas visiting the casinos. She was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan. Diane also enjoyed coffee, sweets and spending time with her beloved Boston terrier, Minnie.
In addition to her father, Diane is survived by her husband of 24 years, Dale Bly; one son, Aaron Bly; three siblings, Bill Peterson (Mary), Ron Peterson (Rebecca), and David Peterson; one niece, Megan; and four nephews Everett, David, Jace and Dominic.
Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2607 Buffalo Rd. on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. A private interment will take place at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Anna Shelter, 1555 East 10th Street, Erie, PA 16511 or the Erie Humane Society, 2407 Zimmerly Road, Erie, PA 16506.

So sad to learn of Diane's passing. I worked with her at CJ Banks. Regardless of how she might be feeling she always had a smile and a kind word to say. I hated knowing she was going through all her health issues. May you finally rest in peace, Diane. My condolences to her father, husband, son, family & friends.
