Connie Anne Montes (Vanacore)
July 8th 1960 – October 15th 2021
Coni led a life of crazy antics, brash humor, and unconditional love. As a single Mother of two daughters, Sindy and Santina, she will be remembered as the cool mom who always had a fun story to tell.
The eldest child born to Santina Vanacore, Coni was born and raised in New York, along with her sister, Tina, and brother, John. She always spoke of her time in NY with fondest memories over the precious time she had with her grandmother, whom she loved immensely.
When she was 17, the family moved to Southern California, where most of her family still resides. Here, she became a mother, business owner, cosmetologist, nanny, baker, crafter, traveler, and so much more. You name it, she could probably do it. From handmade costumes to home renovations, she was a woman who never backed down from a challenge and was always learning something new. She enjoyed traveling to new places, trying out new recipes, and loved a good trip to the casino.
There is no true way to sum up our mom in just a few sentences. If you knew her, please share your stories, the funnier the better. She was wild, she was rude, she was loud, but most of all she loved those around her.
