Another year has gone down the road. I was just thinking about Leon, Gary and my former co worker Barry Blackman. Amazing how our minds work sometimes. I can still see Leon and I talking in the hallway at the MC shop.
May he rest in peace, along with everyone that preceded him to Heaven.
God bless you all, Al.

I frequented Blackman's motorcycle shop back while Gary was alive. I looked for Leon every time I was there and to chat with him. After Gary's death and the changing of ownership of the shop I lost track of Leon at the store. I worked with Barry Blackman at Verizon and always asked about Leon, Barry's uncle and for Barry to tell Leon I was asking about him. I just heard from Barry today, 1/30,24. Barry told me of Leon's passing. I was saddened and said a prayer for Leon to be in Heaven with Gary and other family members already there. Leon is missed by everyone that knew him. God bless and prayers to the entire family, Alan Johnson

It is with great sadness that a true friend has passed. Leon had a rich full life and many friends. As owner of Blackman's Cycle for many years he imparted great wisdom about motor cycles to so many and always ready to help with projects at our Perkiomen chapter club of which he was president for many years. He encouraged us to start the mini bike and scooter show.
Leon you will be sorely missed. Rest in peace
Sincerely
Don and Debi Sterner

I cannot say how much Leon´s friendship has meant to me. I will remember the times we spent going to motorcycle meets and having lunches with other friends. Leon was true gentleman. It was a honor to be his friend and he will be with me in my thoughts and heart. God bless him.

To one of the kindest, most humble gentleman I have had the honor of meeting through his loving daughter Diane and her husband Bill. You will be truly missed by all those that loved you. I will cherish all your kind words and conversations I had with you. Love you my friend!
