CARLISLE-Sheila Marie Gallagher Mitchell, 55, of Carlisle, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
Born September 25, 1966 in Mason County to Judith Schalch Gallagher, of Carlisle, and the late Lovell Nelson Gallagher, she was a 1984 graduate of Robertson County High School, a longtime employee of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Maysville.
Sheila loved to go antiquing and her beloved dog, Precious.
Also surviving are a brother, James Nelson Gallagher (Sheila Clem), of Cynthiana; a sister, Cathy (David) White of Carlisle; 2 nephews Lucas (Tiffany) Gallagher and Lance Gallagher and 2 great-nephews Jeremiah and Jaxson Gallagher. In accordance with her wishes, Sheila will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home.
