Deborah Felsheim Obituary

Deborah A. (Grondski) Felsheim
1959 - 2024
Brookfield, WI
It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce that Debbie passed away in Brookfield Wisconsin on September 15, 2024 with her daughter Brittany at her side.
She was the eldest of 4 daughters. She graduated from Cathedral High School in 1977, Springfield Technical Community College 1980, and graduated Magnum Cum Laude at American International College 1984 as a Registered Nurse.
She was then an Operating Room Nurse at the now Baystate Hospital in Springfield.
In Wisconsin she worked at West Allis Memorial Hospital as an Operating Room Nurse.
She had a devoted work ethic and worked at Milwaukee Transit in Human Resources– Workman's Comp for many years, finishing her career employed as a Workers Compensation Case Manager with Froedtert Health.
Debra and granddaughter Autumn volunteered many hours at the Humane Society in Elmwood Wisconsin where she adopted a loveable cat, she named Charlie.
She leaves behind her parents Theodore & Norma Grondski, daughter Brittany Stark, son Corbin and wife Diana Felsheim, Granddaughter Autumn Robbins, Grandson Nathan Stark, sisters Donna Ellis and husband Bill, Darlene Ames and deceased husband Mike, and deceased sister Laura Grondski. Nieces Ashlee Boyle and spouse Bethany and grandnephew Dylan, Abigail Rivest husband Mike, Erika Ellis, nephew Derek Ellis wife Chelsea and grandniece Riley.
Her family and friends will deeply miss her vibrant zest for life, her passion for holidays and hosting, and, above all, her boundless kindness, which she extended to everyone close to her.
She had a well-attended wake in Brookfield Wisconsin and a Mass in Springfield will be scheduled at a later date.
Rest in peace Dear Debbie, one sweet day we'll all be together again.

To Debbie´s family,
I was shocked & saddened to recently read of her death. We met in nursing school at STCC and remained friends for many years, in fact I attended her wedding. Sadly, as time passed and our lives changed we lost contact, something I now regret.
Deb was a beautiful, bright, warm & fun loving woman. She has left her family far to young.
I will always remember her beautiful smile & hardy laugh. May she be at eternal peace and may her family somehow find peace & know that she was a shining star in this sometimes difficult world.

With Deepest Sympathy,
Diane Fusaro

P.S. I would be honored to attend a mass in Debbie´s memory & would appreciate if someone could contact me if there is one planned . My email is above. Thank You

I went to STCC with Debbie, and never met such a kind and happy woman. She always cheered everyone up!! When I brought my two small daughters to school one day she was so kind and generous to them. Have never forgot that event. A true loss, but she leaves a fabulous legacy!!
