Patrick O'Neill Obituary
Patrick was born on December 7, 1981, in Phoenixville to Frances C. (Jackielaszek) O'Neill and the late John E. O'Neill, Jr.
Patrick graduated in 2000 from Perkiomen Valley High School. He worked as a fence installer. Family and friends will fondly remember Patrick as a devoted father and caring friend with a comedic heart that could bring a smile to everyone he met. He was an avid sports fan and always looked forward to times spent with his children and friends.
In addition to his mother, Patrick is survived by his children, Chloe, Morgan, and Cayson O'Neill; stepdaughter Jayden Matazzo; his sisters Jennifer and Katie O'Neill and his niece Jade. He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Jean O'Neill and father John E. O'Neill.
Patrick's family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 3, at Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Main St., Trappe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Transplant Foundation, C/O Gift of Life, 401 N. 3rd St., Philadelphia, PA 19123. https://donors1.org/.

We were so sorry to hear of Patrick's passing. Though we know he has gone home to God, it is still difficult for the loved ones left behind.
