I have known Jane for as long as I have been living in her neighborhood, we have Golden retrievers in common. I would run into her when she walked her beloved golden retriever. We would talk about everything. She was so positive a friendly. I remember when she lost her last golden, she was totally heartbroken. She asked me to bring my golden and I would stop by. Then, all of a sudden, it looked like she was gone. I thought she may have been traveling until today when I ran into one of her neighbor. I am very sad that I didn't get to say goodbye, I just can't belive I did not find out until now almost 6 months later. I am sure she is making lots of friends out there, just like she did when she was around, and her goldens are surrounding her eternally. What a great loving woman she was!

My husband, dog Buster and myself live at 202 Oakhill Road and have been friends with Jane for 26 years. Jane and I would walk around the block together with our puppy dogs. When Buster was loose he would head over to Jane's door for his treatS:) We all loved Jane. She is missed in the Hood. Hopefully Jane is surrounded by dogs wherever she is. Sincerely, Eileen, Tod & Buster

I worked with Jane at Creative Habitat and we became quick friends. And I´m betting that most people could say the same- "we became quick friends". Because that was the kind of person she was! She was fun to be around, she was witty and smart, she was honest and loving.
Her love for animals, especially the four-legged furry kind, was profound.
And she loved her family. And that kind of love will live in your heart forever
