Alice Neumann Obituary
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Opal and Patrick Ryan, brother, John, beloved sister, Mary, her loving husband Ed and cherished son Michael.
She is survived by her daughters Laura (Sue) Neumann-Koth, and Susan (Jim) Foster, and son Peter (Andrea) Neumann.
Alice also leaves behind her seven grandchildren Christopher, Sarah, Zachary, Jacob, Michael, Samantha, and Michaelina, along with her two great-grandchildren, Theo and Clara.
Alice was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois and graduated from Granite City High School where she met the love of her life Ed, whom she married in 1948.
Alice was an active member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and was well known for her local TV talk show, The Alice Neumann Show.
Alice permanently moved to Sarasota, Florida in 2017 where she was an avid golfer and frequenter of the arts.
Nothing was more important to Alice than her family. She will forever remain in our hearts. We are planning a celebration of life to be held in 2024.

Last time I cut her hair she was talking about the conversation she had with her sister earlier and I look at Laura and ask her if her sister is still alive .....she said Nope she has been gone a while!!!!

I was blessed to meet Alice at her home as her physical therapist. Her lovely smile and her laughter was infectious, she gladly did all of her repetitions, and then some :-) she will be greatly missed.

My sweet special aunt was always a source of happiness to me and anyone who ever met her. I will always remember her lovely smile and laugh, and her genuine pleasure with being around her family. She loved immensly and was beloved by many.
