When he retired he helped his kids with anything they needed help with, from gardening to painting. He will be remembered as an amazing, giving husband, father and grandfather. The family will always cherish his amazing smile. He was a great Dad, Friend, Mentor, Coach, and Papa. He was a Minnesota Twins fan through the good years and not-so-good years. He was giving until the end and donated his body to USD School of Medicine so others can learn. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. His favorite saying was "Don't follow the crowd".
