Wichita, Kansas - Carl R. Davis; found peace, Sept. 5, 2024, surrounded by his wife, Margaret and family. He was born August 10th, 1933. He was the youngest of his immediate family. Memorial will be November 8, 2024 Immanuel Baptist.

Carl is survived by his wife of more than 70 years, Margaret (Bruce) Davis and his children, Linda Castillo (Wichita), Richard Davis (Mulvane), Sandra (Randy) Jones (Wichita), Steven (Kelly) Davis (Bishop, CA), and Darrell Davis (El Dorado, KS). Carl and Margaret are blessed with 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

After retiring from Beech Aircraft, Carl was an adventurer and loved to travel the United States with his wife, Margaret Davis by his side. In their motor coach, they visited all the lower 48 states and shared their love for traveling together. A longtime avid photographer, he shared his talent of photography with a business of video production filming weddings and life events for others.

The family is requesting donations to these great programs instead of flowers.

The family is planning a celebration of life service, Friday, November 8th, 2024, at 10 AM, to be held at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1415 S. Topeka St, Wichita, Ks. Followed by a private graveside service for Carl to be laid to rest in Mayfield, KS where his family originally homesteaded.
