Jean Moran Obituary
1926 - 2022
Lakeland - Jean M. Moran (O'Brien) age 95, beloved mother and devoted wife of the late Hugh F. Moran was called home to our Lord Jan 17, 2022. Jean was born in Swampscott, MA and was a past resident of Lynn, MA, Naples & Lakeland FL. Jean had 4 children: daughters Kathleen Moran & Christine LeBlanc who preceded her in death and is survived by daughter Sharon Moran of Lakeland, FL and son Kevin Moran, wife Cynthia of Punta Gorda, FL Jean also leaves 3 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A graduate of Lynn English High School, Jean became a Directory Artist for New England Telephone, an assistant art teacher at Lynn English and volunteer at O'Keefe Elementary School. A devout Catholic, she contributed much of her time to both St. Mary's and St. Pius V parishes. Jean was a watercolor artist & calligrapher who routinely shared her work and talents with many charities and community groups. Jean was a sports enthusiast and avid fan of the NHL, NFL & MLB. Jean's gregarious nature & altruistic love and respect of others has left an inspirational legacy profoundly impacting so many persons throughout her life.

Service Information: A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Pius V Church in Lynn, MA on Saturday May 7, 2022 at 10:00 am
A memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church Lakeland, FL May 21, 2022
Interment services will be at the Veterans National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL Friday May 27, 2022
In lieu of flowers donations in Jean Moran's name can be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation www.t2t.org
