She will be sincerely missed. Patsy is survived by one son, two daughters, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Feb 4, 2025 (4 to 7pm) at Milton Carpenter Funeral Home in Dixon. Her funeral will be at 9:30 AM on Feb 5,2025.
