Elise Oliverson Obituary

Elise May Jorgensen Oliverson, 89, of Logan, Utah, passed away on January 1, 2025 of heart failure.

Elise was predeceased by her parents, Adolph 'Rudy' Jorgensen and Ada May Wheeler Jorgensen. She is survived by her sister, Mary Ann Smart and brother, Lamar Jorgensen, her daughters Cynthia Phelan, Christie Petterson and Kate Oliverson, her four grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren,

She was loved and respected throughout her life in multiple places in several states where she lived, worked, raised her family and always serve others.

Being a woman of great faith, Elise loved the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She emulated her Savior through her example, compassionate service, teaching, honest work, respect, and love of life. She loved making her house a home and always made her family top priority. She loved nature, especially the birds, animals, flowers and children. She loved spending time in the mountains and always enjoyed a picnic. Elise was compassionate and very aware of others and their needs. Continually giving- Elise lives on in the hearts and memories of many.

Funeral Services - January 6, 2025 - 11:00 a.m. - Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Logan 12th Ward - 940 West Three Point Ave, Logan, UT.
