I am sorry to hear of Kathy's passing. We both grew up in the same neighborhood.

I met Kathy in 1992 when we both were working at the NC Board of Architecture. We both shared a love of cats and hit it off immediately. We stayed in touch through the years that she worked at the Dept. of Labor and had many lunches at Logan's Garden Center where we walked around and looked at the flowers and shared pictures of our cats. She was a special friend to me and I will miss her dearly. My condolences go out to Glenn, Erick, and the rest of the family in this time of grief. I am so sorry for your loss. Cathy Vaughan
