Karen Moses Obituary

GENEVA-Karen Elizabeth Moses, 63, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024, peacefully at her home. In honoring her wishes there will be no calling hours. Her family will have a private service.

Karen was born on February 21, 1961 in Geneva and was the daughter of the late Eugene and Elizabeth (Humphrey) Egbert. She was employed at Geneva General Hospital for 44 years.

Karen is survived by her husband, Joseph Moses Sr. of Geneva; children, Joseph Moses Jr., Michael (Luke Rosche-Ritchie) Moses of Springfield, VA, and Emily (Alex Ortiz) Moses of Geneva; grandchildren, Audrianna and Julianna; sister, Mary Ann (Peter) Marron of Rochester, and brother, Eugene Egbert of Jacksonville, FL; sisters-in-law Pat Egbert of Fairport and Carolan Moses Mungo of Geneva; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Karen was predeceased by her brothers, Edward J. and Walter Egbert; sister, Sharon Ferrari; and sister-in-law, Ramona Egbert.
