December 19, 1945 - June 23, 2022
Dallas, Texas - Suzanne Speck Bennett of Dallas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 23rd, 2022, after an extended illness.She is survived by her husband and best friend of 36 years, Carrol M. (Buzz) Bennett, Jr. of Dallas; her brother Leslie Andrew Speck and wife, Suzanne; sister-in-law Barbara Gibson and her family; step-children Laurie Towns and husband Bo, Scott Bennett and wife Monika; nine grandchildren, Whitney, Bennett, Tanner, Reid, Caroline, Ellie, Josie, Andrew and Piper; one great-grandchild, Olivia; her special nephews, Ryan Speck and his wife, Ashley and their children Hannah and Luke; and Kyle and Scott Lacy. She leaves behind many close friends, cousins and extended family. Her parents, her stepdaughter, Pam Bennett Beutel, her sister-in-law Betty Goldsberry and brother-in-law Randy, preceded her in death. Her celebration of life will take place at 3:00 PM, in the Sanctuary on Thursday, June 30th, at Highland Park Presbyterian Church, 3821 University Blvd., Dallas, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Austin Street Shelter, 2929 Hickory St., Dallas, 75226 or Youth Believing in Change, 8574 Stults Rd, Dallas, TX 75243

Buzz, I just learned about Suzie´s passing.... So sad to hear this.... Please know you are in my prayers.... I always enjoyed visiting with her when y´all came in for your dental appointments. I hope you are doing well.
