I am so very sorry to hear of Mrs. Williams passing. I enjoyed seeing her at Bayport Credit Union when she came in. Mr. Williams I pray that you are doing okay. I know how hard it is to lose a spouse especially after so many years. I will be thinking of you and praying for your family.

I remember Kay from many years ago. When we were all little girls in Jackson School and soon became young teens and went to Newport News High School. We were the North End girls of Newport News it was 5 of us girls in this area of just 2 blocks we all hung together and did a lot of fun things. I have not seen Kay since High School. Kay was so kind and quiet and her Mother was the same way. Blessing to all of her family.

I always loved visiting granny at the bridal shop as a child and dreaming of when I´d be old and big enough to try on one of those wedding dresses, just for fun. We all visited her there often when she worked there. It made it that much more special to have her there when I tried my own wedding dress on for the fitting, and I will always treasure that memory; to see her face light up when I came out in my dress in her gentle, adoring, happy way that it always did when she saw her grandchildren, will always be a look that I remember. I will miss her and that sweet look that she always greeted me with. I love you granny and will see you again some day.
