James Johnson Obituary


JAMES R. JOHNSON

James R. (Bob) Johnson passed away at his home with his family by his side on May 31, 2022. He was 86 yrs old, born to Deino and Amelia Johnson. Bob is survived by his wife, Wilma; son, Robert; daughter, Karen Miller (Guy); three grandchildren, Jason Miller, Erika and Emily Johnson; and his brother, Donald Johnson.
Bob lived a life of service, beginning with the U.S. Army, Seattle Police, Washington State Patrol, and then after retiring, became a Clark County Fire Commissioner, which he served until his passing. Bob was a devoted family man who led by example as he faithfully served the Lord’s calling that was placed on his heart as a young boy. His legacy will live on through his family.
Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on July 30, 2022, in the Cowlitz Ballroom at Ilani, 1 Cowlitz Way, Ridgefield, WA.
