Roland Kelly Obituary

FAYETTEVILLE — Roland Lee Kelly, Jr., 66, of Fayetteville, NC, went to be with our Lord and Savior on April 27, 2022.

Roland loved his family and lived life to the fullest. He had a zest for life and enjoyed learning about history, eating a great home cooked meal and writing "His (own) Story."

Roland is survived by his daughter, Ava Marie Kelly; granddaughter, Alyssa Kelly; mother, Catherine Kelly, of Fayetteville; his siblings, Catherine Alene and Jim Sugar, Ronnie and Mechelle Kelly, Beth Maloney, Connie and Danny Beamer, Jerry Kelly, Dawn and Pat Young, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and special friend, Janice Stewart.

Roland loved the Lord and joins the love of his life, Sandra Sosa. He also joins his father, Roland Lee Kelly, Sr., grandparents, family and friends that have gone before him in his eternal home, Heaven. May God be with them all.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends prior the service at 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Burial to follow the service at LaFayette Memorial Park.
