Olga Hritz Obituary

age 96, born Feb 19, 1926, passed away April 20, 2022. OLGA HRITZ, Olga Horvat Hritz - age 96 of Loudon, Tennessee, and formerly of Parma, Ohio, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2022, at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. Olga was one of eight children born to the late Michael and Barbara (Fergelec) Horvat in East Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. Olga is a member of the Catholic Church. She reluctantly relocated to Tennessee from Ohio to be near her son. Once arriving, she loved it. In her spare time, Olga enjoyed playing BINGO and card games; she enjoyed dancing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Olga is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of more than 50 years, John David Hritz; her brothers, John Horvat and Paul Horvat; her sisters, Mary Duriancik and Marcella Krapko; and three infant siblings. She is survived by her devoted son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Beth Hritz; and many nieces and nephews. A virtual service to honor and remember Olga will be held 6:30 PM Tuesday, May 3rd with Rev. Brian Courtney officiating. Michael Hritz will be sending out an email invitation with a link to the online Celebration of Life Service for Olga to all family and friends prior to the event on Tuesday.
