Lynn Hollis Harrill, of Inverness, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 29, 2023. She was 75 years old.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, Lynn moved with her family to Tampa when she was eight years old. She was a 1966 graduate of Robinson High School. Lynn then went on to attend Hillsborough Community College, where she met and later married Bill Harrill. Lynn attended the University of South Florida, where she received her degree in Vocational Health Education.
She had a life-long career in the health care field working as a nurse, a director of cardiology, and a surgical sales rep. She loved it. She and Bill were also Christian musicians in the Catholic Church.
After retiring Lynn, along with her husband, served in the music ministries of several Catholic parishes and Eckerd College. Her talents as a vocalist and Latin percussionist were greatly appreciated. She and Bill moved up to this area in 2003.
Those who are left to mourn her memory are her loving husband of 50 years C. William "Bill" Harrill of Inverness; her devoted son, Will Harrill of St. Pete, FL; and her brother Glenn Hollis of St. Pete, FL. She was preceded in death by brother Craig Hollis.
Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home 3075 S. Florida AVE Inverness, FL 34450.

I first met Lynn when she met and married Bill. My wife, Candy, knew her through her brother. We use to party together at times and Lynn was always outgoing and fun to be around.
Condolences to Bill and the family. Lynn will live on, in memories and your heart.
