Terri Tidwell Cody

Maricopa - Terri Tidwell Cody, 61, of Maricopa passed away peacefully at home on The morning of July 4, 2021 after battling cancer for many years. She was surrounded by her friend and caregiver Erin and grandson Dylan. Terri was born Nov. 4, 1959 in San Manuel, AZ to Pauline M.A. Tidwell who survives and the late Leroy W. Tidwell...She married Jerry Cody who passed away Sept 2, 2019; Terri's life was never the same after her cowboy passed away. Terri leaves behind a son Justin Owens of Mesa and a daughter Amy Owens of Maricopa. She also leaves behind two sisters Davina Tidwell (Brenda) of IL and Paula Barnes (Russ) of AZ. Terri also leaves behind her adored grandchildren special aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Terri enjoyed spending time with friends and family, listening to music, conversations and lots of laughs and dancing. She also enjoyed spending time camping and fishing in the AZ mountains.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A special thank you to the hospice caregivers for their kindness and compassion.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made in Terri's name to a charity of your choice.
